Are you sitting down?

I got up early this morning, and worked out. Can you believe it?????

I can't.

It wasn't much, really. Treadmill, 3 miles per hour...on the highest incline...30 minutes.

Burned 342 calories I wouldn't have burned had I not gotten up. That's the way I'm looking at it. :-)

Just had to mention it.

Gotta get back to work, more updates on the Springbrook weekend as I have time to type them up.
